• A security deposit will be required upon arrival. Refunds will be made upon departure provided there is no damage.

• The establishment is not rented to minors under 18 years of age.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

• Pets are not allowed

• From 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., noise is not allowed in order to respect the silence of the neighbours. It is not allowed to celebrate any party without respecting the space or the neighbourhood. If music is played, it must be played in a moderate tone.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

For reservations made directly through our website, the following conditions apply:

• Bail /Deposit of €400 is required.

• Payment of the Reservation:

  • 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged upon formalization.

  • The remaining 50% will be charged 3 days before the check-in date.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, less the processing fee.

  • If cancellation is made less than 15 days before the check-in date, no refunds will be issued.

For reservations made through other platforms, please consult the specific regulations of each of them.
